Follow the steps below if you would like to make changes to your subscription.
- Log into your customer portal using the email address and password you created when you set up your account.
- If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?"
- Select "Services"
- Select "My Services"
- Select the 3 dots “…” (next to your current subscription)
- Select "Upgrade/Downgrade"
- Scroll down to the plan that you want to upgrade/downgrade to
- Select the small down arrow next to the word Monthly.
- Select Quarterly (only if you want to pay for 3 months)
- Select the Product at the bottom of the plan you choose
- Select Checkout and pay for your new subscription.
*If you downgrade your subscription, there may be a credit applied to your account. This will automatically get applied to your next bill.
